1. Services

Fourfold Tech provides web development, Shopify & WordPress development, software and mobile app development, digital marketing, UI/UX design, and related technology services.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, make payments as agreed, and provide timely feedback and approvals.

3. Payments & Invoicing

Payment terms are defined in project proposals or contracts. Delayed payments may attract additional charges. Refunds are governed by written agreements.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, final delivered work becomes the client’s property unless otherwise agreed. Fourfold Tech retains the right to showcase work in its portfolio unless restricted.

5. Limitation of Liability

Fourfold Tech shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, third-party service failures, or downtime beyond reasonable control. Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice, subject to payment for work completed.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
