Fourfold Tech provides web development, Shopify & WordPress development, software and mobile app development, digital marketing, UI\/UX design, and related technology services.<\/p>\n
2. Client Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Clients agree to provide accurate information, make payments as agreed, and provide timely feedback and approvals.<\/p>\n
3. Payments & Invoicing<\/p>\n
Payment terms are defined in project proposals or contracts. Delayed payments may attract additional charges. Refunds are governed by written agreements.<\/p>\n
4. Intellectual Property<\/p>\n
Upon full payment, final delivered work becomes the client’s property unless otherwise agreed. Fourfold Tech retains the right to showcase work in its portfolio unless restricted.<\/p>\n
5. Limitation of Liability<\/p>\n
Fourfold Tech shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, third-party service failures, or downtime beyond reasonable control. Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.<\/p>\n
6. Termination<\/p>\n
Either party may terminate services with written notice, subject to payment for work completed.<\/p>\n
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction<\/p>\n
